Member Portal

Click here to access your Pivot Health Member Portal. Your Pivot Health Member Portal provides you with easy access to information about your insurance plan, such as your benefits, policy status, ID cards and plan summary. If your policy uses a PPO, a link to the PPO to find providers will be included.

Click here to access your claims. If this is your first time, you’ll need to register. To do so, please contact our Customer Service department at 844-630-7500. If you cover any adult family members, they must give you permission to see their claims information after they have established their own accounts.
